What is Conflict Coaching?
Conflict coaching is a confidential, impartial service for anyone experiencing issues as a result of unresolved conflict or a personal or professional relationship difficulty.
It involves between 1 and 3 sessions of one to one support of around 1 1/2 hours each to help you find more effective ways of responding to a difficult situation.

Who can use conflict coaching?
Conflict occurs in various places such as in the workplace, at home or in Education. I can help HR Teaams, Managers and staff in the workplace where conflict coaching can be used as an independent, impartial and confidential service for Human Resource teams, managers or employees. This may be for allegations of bullying, managing workloads, organisational change and dealing with difficult people. In families for parents struggling with their children’s behaviour, for teenagers who have issues at home or at school, for relationship difficulties, communication breakdown and for issues associated with separation and divorce.
In education for disputes with house mates, friends or other students, issues with tutors, concerns over studying. For college and university staff it can help with unresolved conflict with managers, colleagues or students.
The sessions can be held in any location mutually agreed between the coach and client.
What does Conflict Coaching cost?
A session will last around 1 1/2 hours and are priced as follows:
The cost for Conflict Coaching for organisations is £180 per session.
The cost for Conflict Coaching for private individuals is £75.00 per session.
The price includes travel within a 25 mile radius of Torbay but excludes any room hire costs
Conflict coaching can be by self referral or by an organisation.
Conflict Coaching in South Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Wiltshre and Hampshire.
