About

A little about me

general 025

Hello I am Jill Whyte, if you would like to know more about me or my qualifications then please read on……

I have extensive experience of working with a wide range of people and believe that I can help individuals gain the motivation to achieve their goals. I will be able to offer practical support through coaching that will enable you to empower yourselves to attain your goals. This will be achieved through a confidential and non-judgmental service. The coaching sessions I offer are flexible and individual that is why I also offer distance coaching by telephone, skype and e-mail.

I specialise in Bullying and Conflict Resolution Coaching not only in the Workplace and have worked in several large organisations including the NHS, Banking and Education.  I am really passionate about helping people that have been bullied not just at work but home too as I have been bullied myself and would not like to think that there is no one for people to turn to. I can help Managers, staff or private clients in looking how to move forward from difficult situations thus, hopefully alleviating the need to go down a discipline or grievance route. I can offer training courses, workshops for staff development days, 1-2-1 coaching, mentoring and bespoke training.

I also offer IT Training and am a qualified Microsoft trainer. If you would like to book a session or find out more about the services I offer please contact me. I look forward to speaking to you.
